How to check a power outage in my area
Search your locality or PIN, then select the exact area to review the available outage evidence. A nearby report is not confirmation for your connection. If you are checking whether power is down at your location, compare the provider notice, source time and local reports. An outage tracker cannot confirm electricity at every home. Report your own observation only after selecting the correct locality; register a supply complaint separately with your electricity provider.
When will electricity come in my area?
Use an applicable, current utility update for an estimated restoration time. A scheduled shutdown end time describes planned work and may change. When no current estimate is available, restoration time is unconfirmed; contact the electricity provider shown on your bill.
How do I report a power outage?
Select your exact locality before submitting a community observation on PowerCutStatus. For an official supply complaint, use the electricity provider’s complaint channel or 1912 and keep its reference number. Posting a community report here does not register a utility complaint.
