UPPCL recharge done but electricity not restored
Check whether the recharge reached your prepaid account, not only whether your bank shows a debit. UPPCL guidance allows up to two hours for automatic reconnection after recharge, then directs consumers to 1912 if supply has not returned.
Instructions reviewed . Review date is separate from live outage or account status.
Confirm the credited recharge
Open the official account service and compare the balance and recharge record with your receipt. Keep the account number, transaction reference, amount and time together. If only a bank debit is visible, report a payment-credit issue rather than assuming reconnection has started.
आधिकारिक खाते में बैलेंस और रिचार्ज रिकॉर्ड देखें। केवल बैंक से पैसा कटना, रिचार्ज जुड़ने की पुष्टि नहीं है।
Report what is still wrong
When contacting the utility, state whether the recharge is credited, when it was credited, and whether nearby homes also lack supply. A local network outage may need a separate supply complaint. Do not repeatedly recharge merely to test reconnection.
शिकायत में बताएं कि रिचार्ज जुड़ा है या नहीं, कब जुड़ा और आसपास भी बिजली बंद है या नहीं।
Keep the follow-up record
Save the utility complaint reference and the response. If supply remains off after a ticket is closed, follow up with the original reference and current observations. Do not open the sealed meter or attempt reconnection yourself.
