UPPCL recharge amount and balance difference explained
A recharge receipt and available prepaid balance may show different amounts. UPPCL explains that previous postpaid arrears can be adjusted from recharge. Check your actual account breakdown before concluding that money is missing.
Instructions reviewed . Review date is separate from live outage or account status.
Compare records from the same time
Note the balance before recharge, payment amount, net credited recharge, arrears adjustment and consumption since recharge. Comparing yesterday’s receipt with today’s balance can mix a payment issue with later electricity use.
रिचार्ज से पहले का बैलेंस, भुगतान, खाते में जुड़ी राशि, बकाया समायोजन और बाद की खपत मिलाकर देखें।
Use the account breakdown
Read the arrears and net recharge figures in the official service. This guide does not assume a single deduction percentage for every account. Ask the utility for an explanation of an adjustment that you cannot reconcile.
आधिकारिक सेवा में बकाया और नेट रिचार्ज देखें। हर खाते पर एक ही कटौती प्रतिशत मानना सही नहीं है।
Prepare a precise complaint
Record the amount paid, transaction reference, credit shown and the unexplained difference. Keep screenshots for the utility, with the capture time. Distinguish a payment that never credited from a credited payment with an adjustment.
